Jefferson High School Junior/Seniors Prom

Prom Rules and Regulations:

• Event open to junior and seniors only (No one over 20 may attend)

• Student must be in attendance half day on Friday, May 11th

• Tickets only sold to juniors and seniors

• Dinner will be served until 6:45.

• No student will be admitted to the prom after 8pm unless pre arrangements are made and form below is signed

• Once a student enters they are expected to stay until the event is over and may not leave and reenter

• Tickets must be purchased in advanced. No tickets are sold at the door

• Students are not permitted to go “out to the car” during the dance unattended

Dress Code:

Proper attire required:

• Gentlemen: Tux, Dress suits, Sport coat and tie with dress slacks-no sweaters, no jeans and no tennis shoes

• Ladies: Long or short dresses (must be longer than fingertips when arms are extended down)

Outfits must not expose the midriff or be see through, dresses    with built in bras are recommended. If attire is a question, please error on the side of “too modest” because defining a standard that everyone agrees on is impossible. See attached PDF below for complete details.

Attending more than one prom:

Other schools have proms on the same night and we recognize that. This form must be turned in if you are planning on arriving later than 8pm. Understand that all prom rules and regulations apply to students exercising this option. The ticket price remains the same regardless of the time spent at our prom or whether or not participants take advantage of our proms dinner.
