Our 1st grade students enhanced our studies and let their grandparents know that they are loved and appreciated through sharing songs, poems and a Thanksgiving feast complete with turkey, ham, mashed potatoes and the full works!  We had 37 students hosting 70+ grandparents!  Each first grade parent cooked up something delicious to share and many parents even volunteered to help by setting up, serving and cleaning-up to make this special event possible.  This event coincided with our investigation into producers and consumers, and the goods and services available to us in a community. What a great day!
