Transcripts may be requested in person at the high school office or by sending an e‐mail to guidance@jalsd.org.

Please include the following information in all email requests:

• Date
• Name
• Date of Birth
• Year of Graduation
• Phone Number
• Method of Delivery (address/ email/ pickup in office)

You will be notified by email when the request is completed.
