Alumni
Welcome to the JALS Alumni, home of the Jefferson Area Education Foundation (JAEF), in cooperation with the Alumni Association, which exists to serve the Alumni Community. The primary goals are to preserve and promote the heritage of our school and community, and encourage communication between alumni, students, faculty, and friends, both past and present.
The Education Foundation has a collection of memorabilia that has been donated. It is a wonderful collection of Jefferson Area Schools newspapers, yearbooks, photos, trophies, class rings, pins, and diplomas. The collection is stored at the Jefferson Area Local Schools Board of Education Office on Poplar St.

REUNION NEWS Reported About Your Class - Located at the left side of this page - choose the link of the year you graduated.
PLANNING A CLASS REUNION? - Your class reunion letter or information sheet can be posted in the Alumni site of the JALS website in your class link. You need to 'save as' a "PDF file" and email it, by attachment, to the Alumni Site Coordinator.
CLASS BOOK - If you have created a Class Book of pictures and biographies of your classmates, 'save as' a "PDF file" and email it, by attachment, to the Alumni Site Coordinator. She will upload your class book in the Alumni site of the JALS website in your class link. (If the book is too large to email - copy the "PDF file" to a disk or flash drive and mail it to her.)
We have a great start with 4 books - Classes of 1959, 1960, 1961, 1973. Check them out. These books contain biographies and pictures of their classmates, and serve as a document giving historical information to preserve for future generations. Our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren will especially appreciate the books. We hope many more books will be added.
